I am a Senior IT System Administrator with more than twelve years of experience working across enterprise IT infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft technologies, Active Directory, virtualization, networking, security, Microsoft 365, and data protection.

My career began in education and corporate IT, where I worked with servers, networks, virtualization, and security systems. Over time, this experience led me to Microsoft, where I worked as a Microsoft 365 Identity Support Engineer, focusing on Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, authentication, identity governance, and hybrid identity in enterprise environments.

I believe good infrastructure should be reliable, secure, and resilient. My approach is practical and methodical: understand how systems work, identify weaknesses, and build solutions that remain manageable and recoverable when things go wrong.

Today, I continue to work with enterprise infrastructure at Manaseer Information Technology while exploring new technologies, including self hosted Linux environments for running open source LLMs with Ollama.
